Anthropic weighs killing Claude Code Plan Mode for shift+tab effort levels

@trq212 (Claude Code team) is soliciting feedback: the team is considering killing Plan Mode and using the shift+tab hotkey to adjust effort levels instead. He thinks the models no longer need plan mode, but wants to hear from diehard users. Teknium agrees.
