Zoho unveiled Zia Chat, a unified conversational AI interface that lets employees find information, understand context, and take actions across applications without switching tools. MCP integrations bring third-party systems into the same interface, with guard rails and a trust layer layered on top. The company also launched 7 vertical SaaS offerings to cut enterprise deployment time.
