Claude's Chrome automation burns tokens — one CLAUDE.md rule fixes it

The author discovered that Claude using Chrome browser automation (claude-in-chrome tools) eats tokens at an alarming rate. Fix: add rules to global CLAUDE.md forbidding Chrome automation for any reason — when a change needs browser verification, Claude should just state what to check and stop, letting the user test in Chrome themselves. One simple instruction avoids spending tokens on costly browser operations.
