XENOPS raises $3M to build an engineering-grade IDE for entire physical factories

AI factory software startup XENOPS announced a $3M raise to pursue its mission of building more factories, better and faster. The company argues factory design tools haven't changed since the 90s — slide decks, spreadsheets, and CAD files passed over email — while Digital Twins stalled as dashboards-with-more-dimensions.
XENOPS built an engineering-grade, full-stack, AI-native IDE for entire physical factories, covering the full facility lifecycle from greenfield buildouts to plants running for forty years. It is defining a new category, "Factory Lifecycle Management (FLM)" — carrying one continuous model of the factory across IT, OT, and AEC silos, coordinating the six phases (LOI, design, build, first article inspection, operate, refactor) and their separate teams and toolchains. Its platform XENØ claims to be smarter than PowerPoint and faster than CAD for manufacturers in any industry.
