Machine Cinema and Gossip Goblin are hosting a GenAI short-film hackathon (GenJam) at Google DeepMind SF on Oct 20, celebrating the film "Gods Don't Give Gifts":
- 15 teams of 2-4, all starting from the same 15-second seed clip plus character/landscape sheets
- Bring your own creative pipeline, or use Showrunner's official prompts and assets
- Output: a short film up to 2 minutes; $10K in prizes, a shot at the Gossip Goblin canon, premiere tickets, and model credits
Applications closed Oct 10; the event is full with a waitlist.
