Nebius hikes GPU rental prices again: H100 up 17% to $4.50/hour from Oct 1

Following Oracle's lead, Nebius is raising on-demand GPU prices on Oct 1 — its second hike since May. H100 goes from $3.85 to $4.50/hour (+17%), with H200, B200 and B300 all up 20%. Reserved instances run up to 35% cheaper. The author notes it's hard to square a 2022-era chip getting pricier to rent with the bear case that GPUs lose value fast, and argues prices will only crack when Rubin ships in volume — which hasn't happened yet.
