LangChain adds cron-based schedules so Deep Agents run proactively in the background

LangChain has added schedules to Managed Deep Agents, enabling proactive agents: drop a schedule file with a cron expression plus a prompt into schedules/, deploy, and the agent runs itself in the background. Founder Harrison Chase notes background execution is key to proactive agents, with scheduling being one way to achieve it. Docs and a demo are available.
