ACTx486 turns any video into an interactive conversation, with live diagrams

ACTx486 is a research demo of a new interactive medium: it takes an existing video (a podcast in the demo) and makes it something you can talk to — ask questions, interrupt, follow threads, switch languages, and have useful info sent to your phone as cards. Rather than a blank chat box, it uses the original media for narrative and pacing, turning viewers into "microdirectors." It generates diagrams in real time synced to the host's speech, personalizes answers via a viewer profile, and can layer new dialogue into generated worlds while the original audio stays in sync.
