Hands-on with Octo + OpenClaw: agent pauses to ask the human, then delivers 9 audit findings

Using self-hosted Octo as workspace and OpenClaw as the third-party agent runtime, the author built a 'Website Accessibility Review' flow: a task space with an Auditor agent, the task recorded in GROUP.md with owner, objective, acceptance criteria and status, auditing six weak landing-page elements.
The agent found 9 accessibility issues ranked High/Medium/Low, then set the task to Pending Confirmation and asked the human to choose between accessibility compliance and conversion clarity. After the author chose compliance, the agent recorded the decision and delivered 9 prioritized findings with corrections, 6 rewritten copy elements and a 5-item pre-launch checklist — the human checkpoint directly shaped the result.
