PhAILabs has launched ScienceBuddy, a free preview workspace for scientific agents that improve through researcher collaboration.
- A hands-on test: asking for ibuprofen's ADMET properties (molecular weight, half-life, metabolism) returned answers alongside a panel showing every tool step, with live pulls from PubChem and PubMed
- Every number links back to its source, so results are verifiable rather than trusted blindly
- Completely free, includes no-cost GPT-6 access, GPU-accelerated, and integrated with the JEV framework
- Architecture: an inner loop refines the agent harness while an outer loop trains the model with rubric-guided RL — dubbed Recursive-in-Recursive Self-Improvement
