User kimmyjongeats says @Muse helped cancel a 10-year-old Dropbox subscription she could not trace, and got her a refund of about $200 dating back to December 2024. armandruiz adds that Muse OCR'd her bank statements, traced the charge to a dead email address, cancelled it and secured the refund.
