Tsinghua-led edge inference startup Wange Zhiyuan wins DEMOCHINA 2026 top DEMOGOD award

Wange Zhiyuan won the top "2026 DEMOGOD" honor at DEMOCHINA's final pitch in Hangzhou. The startup, led by Tsinghua PhD candidate Wang Guanbo, builds edge-side infrastructure for the AI/agent era: low-memory LLM inference, on-device runtime, and cloud-edge coordination via its cPilot inference engine, with B-side deployments in AI NAS, AI PC, and private deployments. It has raised tens of millions RMB in angel rounds from 5Y Capital and Fengrui. Of 706 applicants, 88 startups made the finals, 59% AI-focused; DEMOCHINA marks its 20th year.
