PixVerse R2 tackles the real-time vs. generality tradeoff with a dual-engine world model
nikola_mr64990 · x · 2026-09-23
PixVerse has released R2, framing a key question: can real-time world models scale? Real-time favors smaller, faster models while generality favors larger ones; R2 addresses this by decoupling capability from efficiency across two core engines. Beyond speed, it targets handling changing inputs, consistency over longer horizons, and more flexible control in one system.
