NetEase Youdao open-sources 2B streaming ASR and 14B Chinese-English simultaneous translation models

Two NetEase Youdao models are trending on Hugging Face: a 2B streaming ASR model (custom license) with 160ms latency and near-offline accuracy, and Confucius4-R2T2, a 14B Apache 2.0 Chinese-English simultaneous translation model that decides when to wait or speak without revising output. Weights and demos are live.
