Stripe exec details fixes for Link agentic purchases: region limits, wallet bug, bad error messages

Stripe's Jeff Weinstein publicly followed up on a user's Link agentic-purchase failure and laid out fixes in progress: the user's UK Link account with a UK number isn't yet supported for agentic purchases and needs a new US account ("annoying", he admits); a bug meant the "Link agent wallet isn't available in your country" screen never showed; and the OAuth error message was unclear and will be rewritten. The thread shows Stripe's agentic commerce rollout is live but still rough around regions, account requirements and error UX.
