TypeSafe unveils Jev, a schema-only model answering in 70-500ms with free output

TypeSafe unveiled Jev on Monday. Founder Diogo Almeida claims he helped invent ChatGPT and spent two years on an alternative training approach.
Jev doesn't generate text: given state and a typed question, it returns answers constrained to a schema, in 70–500ms, at $0.042/M input tokens with free output (waitlist). Demos include Mario, real-time level generation and color picking. Since it can't return anything outside the schema, no parsing or validation is needed.
