iOS 27 Connectivity Assist Mistakes DNS Blocking for Broken Wi-Fi, NordVPN Warns

TechNadu reports that iOS 27's Connectivity Assist, enabled by default, may interpret a DNS security tool blocking a malicious site as a broken Wi-Fi connection and silently retry over cellular data. NordVPN says this can disrupt its real-time anti-phishing protection and recommends disabling the feature; other DNS-based filtering tools may hit the same behavior.
