Skip plan mode: use execution docs plus multi-agent cross-validation

In a workflow discussion with @dotey, huangyun122 shares why they skip plan mode but always have the model write an execution document: humans review it for correctness and resource misuse, multiple agents cross-validate the plan to surface weaknesses, and tracked status lets cheap agents handle follow-ups. dotey's own setup: Fable writes the spec with verification steps, Opus executes, then Fable accepts in a fresh session — the doc doubles as context carrier and acceptance criteria.
