A new Fermi twist: no AI-filled universe, yet AI smarter than its builders exists

sqcai combines two facts: 1) the universe is apparently not teeming with AI bots (a Fermi-paradox-style observation), and 2) it is now possible to build AI much smarter than its builders in math and tech. We used to know only the first; now we know both — and that combination should tell us something new about intelligence and its expansion.
