Google Colab folds into AI plans: priority GPUs and background execution for Ultra users

Google announced Colab is now part of its Google AI plans. Subscribers get priority access to faster accelerators and more powerful machines, while Ultra-tier users also gain longer-running background execution and Premium GPU access.
