Author says $20 Claude plan can't finish a single work session without hitting limits

Andriy Burkov complains that every new Claude version — cheaper and "smarter" — leaves him hitting usage limits faster despite using lower thinking effort. On his $20/month plan he can no longer complete a single working session around one issue without waiting. He calls Anthropic "a scam," noting it charged him for a year and refused a refund.
