Meta launches Muse Spark multimodal reasoning model, scores 58% on Humanity's Last Exam

Meta Superintelligence Labs introduced Muse Spark, the first in its Muse family: a natively multimodal reasoning model with tool use, visual chain-of-thought, and multi-agent orchestration, live on meta.ai with a private API preview. A new Contemplating mode orchestrates parallel reasoning agents to rival Gemini Deep Think and GPT Pro, scoring 58% on Humanity's Last Exam and 38% on FrontierScience Research. Meta is investing across the stack, including the Hyperion data center.
