Polyfork turns 3D assets into remixable programs, with an AI agent shipping and earning weekly
PeterDiamandis · x · 2026-09-23
Polyfork, a Build With Gemini XPRIZE finalist, is an AI-native, parametric 3D asset library where each model is a small program — recolorable, resizable, remixable (a traffic cone reconfigured gains a third band, triangle count 280→472), with 5,774 knobs and 513 of 583 models built from a coherent 4m-grid kit. Production is almost entirely AI-driven: a human typed one line, Gemini drew references, an agent wrote the brief; a judge agent graded against the kit's rules rejects 2/3 of submissions, and 40% of lessons come from builds no human saw. 295 models are publicly downloadable, and the project earned revenue every week since launch day (Aug 1, 2026) with zero related-party revenue.
