Dev builds local MCP so his Grok Bot Chief of Staff can run Codex tasks

A developer open-sourced CoS Codex Bridge, a free MIT-licensed local stdio MCP that closes the gap between planning with a Grok Bot and doing the work in Codex—no more copy-pasting prompts or manually checking task status. The agent can find/register projects, create or continue tasks, send full prompts, read durable receipts with request ID and payload hash, track progress, and pin/rename/cancel work. Safety scoping restricts it to explicitly allowed folders with read-only direct execution by default. The register→submit→complete→pin loop passed a 37-test suite on macOS and Ubuntu; a documented limitation is that queued steers must wait for natural pauses when Desktop owns a long-running task.
