Founder argues LLMs should automatically flag weak sales forecasts so reps can focus on customer success

Sales-tech founder Ian Andrews joined a thread on what sales managers will nag reps about once AI automates admin work, arguing freed-up time should go to actually making customers successful — buying, implementing, and using the product — rather than being a quarterly churn afterthought.
He also sketched a concrete automation: feeding CRM data to an LLM for unemotional judgment calls, e.g. auto-flagging "you're forecasting a deal where the rep has only met one person at the account in the last 90 days" — insights he thinks should be automatic and free for deal teams and leadership.
