404 Media obtained internal Meta posts showing that the Muse AI agent's outbound call feature — publicly promoted by chief AI officer Alexandr Wang — is partly fulfilled by trained human agents in a call center. Internal posts acknowledged PR risks of being seen as 'their AI is not good enough so they still need humans.'
