GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.88 ships optional OSC 777 terminal notifications for Ghostty and WezTerm, more reliable MCP tool recovery (listing/connection/OAuth), agent-level reasoning-effort, refined per-path permission grants, fixed hook cwd behavior, and enterprise managed settings now applying to ACP/ACP-host/server sessions.
