Alibaba Launches QwenIntelligence: Full-Stack AI Phone Stack at $2.41 per 1K Tasks

The Qwen team launched QwenIntelligence, a full-stack AI phone solution that skips hardware and offers OEMs optimized models, a modular platform (deployment, harness customization, skill governance, auto-evals), and vertical agent solutions.
Three agents debut: MobilePlannerAgent (planning with dual-layer memory, top scores on MobilePA-Bench suites, $2.41 per 1K task calls); Mobile-UseAgent (API-first + GUI-fallback operation, 90% end-to-end success, task time cut from 83.6s to 59.5s, safety score 23 points above top rivals); MobileCreativeAgent (lightweight image creation, generation compressed from 100 to 8 steps, 3-second first image).
Four benchmarks were open-sourced (MobileWorld-Safety co-built with Fudan's Baize lab). Deployment with Honor's MagicOS shows 91.8% task accuracy, 100+ step long-horizon tasks, and 90% service closure rate.
