ASML Says It Sells Zero Machines in Europe as No Chip Factories Are Built

ASML EVP Frank Heemskerk told Bloomberg the company isn't selling any chipmaking machines in Europe because no chip factories are being built there. The EU is overhauling its Chips Act, which largely failed to stimulate investment in new fabs.
