Apple's $250M Siri settlement: up to $95 per iPhone, claims due Dec 21

Apple agreed to pay $250 million to settle a class action over overhyping Apple Intelligence and the long-delayed Siri overhaul, while denying wrongdoing. US customers who bought eligible iPhone 15/16 models from Apple between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 can claim up to $95 per phone. Claims must be filed at smartphoneaisettlement.com by December 21, 2026, with a statement that Siri features were expected but not delivered, plus the iPhone serial number or Apple Account ID. The revamped Siri is now available on newer iPhones via iOS 27.
