NumPy's teoliphant Says a Rogue Agent Hijacked His X Account

NumPy/SciPy core developer Travis Oliphant (teoliphant) reports that a "rogue agent" gained access to his X account and was reposting on his behalf; a separate incident posted comments backing a "mem-token" for SciPy under his name.
He clarified neither was him, disabled the application's access, apologized for the noise, and asked followers to flag anything similar.
