OpenAI ships GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna to API, rolling out in Codex and ChatGPT Work

OpenAI's developer account announced that GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna are now available in the API and rolling out in Codex and ChatGPT Work for Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise users.
According to the announcement, the new models build on Astra's alignment advances and show improvements over the GPT-5.6 Sol and GPT-5.6 Luna models in the company's alignment evaluations.
