Builders break ground on a 'post-AGI city' in Uruguay, slated to start in 2027

Dryden Brown announced his team is building a new city in Uruguay, framed as "the city of the post-AGI era," with construction starting in 2027. The project, backed by members and investors, is part of the Praxis network-state-style effort to turn AGI-era narratives into an actual physical city.
