Starsling (@starslingdev) announced a $3M pre-seed round from Bessemer Venture Partners and Y Combinator, alongside a new product: Review Runners.
- Review Runners are code review agents that use your own model key, your team's skills and scripts, and reviewers you define — all running inside GitHub Actions
- Thesis: make code verification (CI + code review) agent-native, with the pipeline code → verification → production
