Continuing the MATS reading list thread, the author recommends Richard Rumelt's "Good Strategy, Bad Strategy" — per a colleague, one of the few strategy books worth reading. It's mostly case studies of leaders identifying the highest-leverage intervention to achieve a goal and executing on it. The list pairs it with Rudolf's review highlighting the best examples.
