Opus 5.5 ports HAProxy C to Rust in 9.5 hours, 51% cheaper than Fable 5.1

Developer bcherny says Opus 5.5 has been his daily driver for the past few weeks. In a head-to-head test, he had both Opus 5.5 and Fable 5.1 port HAProxy from C to Rust. Both passed nearly all of HAProxy's tests, but Opus 5.5 finished in 9.5 hours versus Fable 5.1's 12 hours — and at 51% lower cost.
