Qwen 2.1 CFG test: CFG 1.0 + 12 steps halves image generation time

The author tested CFG on Qwen 2.1 with locked seeds and resmultistep sampling, using a barebones T2I workflow plus nyquist notch degrid and olm color balance. Finding: at CFG 1.0, 25 steps takes 10s at 768x1024, while any other CFG value takes 20s — so halving steps to 12 at CFG 1.0 brings time back under 10s, effectively recovering half the time penalty for free.
