DigitalOcean Managed Agents enters public preview with idle-pause billing

DigitalOcean opens Managed Agents to public preview: run Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode or your own LangGraph agents in a runtime that pauses when idle and resumes in 300ms. Agents get 16,000+ tools behind one governed endpoint, native access to 75+ models via the Inference Engine, and per-second active CPU billing. OpenHands, Qencode and Amplitude are early users.
