Pydantic Ships Monty V1 Beta: Major Wire Protocol Refactor Ahead of 1.0

Pydantic founder Samuel Colvin announced Monty v1.0.0-beta.2. The wire protocol was significantly refactored based on bounty program feedback, hence the beta tag; a lot has changed since v0.0.23 and users are urged to try it now.
Changes include dropping the experimental framing, percent formatting and the format() builtin, answering date.today()/datetime.now() in standard execution, remaining math aggregation functions and fma, binascii uu/quoted-printable/CRC-16 conversions, Python 3.14t wheels, and more. beta.1 failed to release on crates.io, so it jumped straight to beta.2.
