Xiaomi's open MiMo-V2.6 Pro hits Intelligence Index 46, tops open weights models

Xiaomi released MiMo-V2.6-Pro, an open-weights MoE model (1.02T total, 42B active) that debuts as the top open weights model on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index (46), up from 26, landing on the intelligence-vs-cost Pareto frontier. Pricing stays at $0.435/1M input (99% cache discount) and $0.87/1M output tokens. Xiaomi is also open-sourcing Pro and Flash, MiMo-V2.6-Distill-Qwen-9B, the technical report, 7K+ RL task environments, an end-to-end RL framework, and composable mini-harnesses.
