Alibaba Cloud commits $3M to DHH's Omarchy and will power the new Qwen Book

DHH announced Alibaba Cloud as a Founding Corporate Patron of the Omacom Foundation with $1M/year for three years ($3M total), matching DigitalOcean's backing.
- The partnership includes Omarchy China: local CDN, hosting, website, meetups, and community for Chinese users.
- Alibaba will also collaborate on making Omarchy the native agentic OS for the newly announced Qwen Book — an "OS as Harness" AI agent computer integrating models, OS, apps, cloud, and hardware, with a low-power Agent Engine and Continuous Context Engine, launching first on ARM.
