Inspired by the Hugging Face incident described in an OpenAI report, the author modified the Pi harness to replicate self-organizing agent behavior locally — and in the process accidentally replicated the tragedy of the commons. A small but interesting multi-agent emergence experiment worth a look for agent researchers.
