8-Month-Old Moqi智能 Shows KINO Robot Running 15-Minute On-Device Long-Horizon Tasks

At WRC 2026, Moqi智能, founded just 8 months ago, unveiled its MoRA embodied model architecture and wheeled dual-arm robot KINO, which completed a 15-minute, 70-80 action long-horizon task powered by an on-device model in a simulated home environment, with 30,000 hours of real-world data accumulated.
The 150+ R&D team (70% with graduate degrees) combines researchers from CUHK MMLab, Shanghai AI Lab and Stanford with autonomous-driving veterans from Baidu, Changan and Horizon, and has built engineering methods for pre-hardware consensus, cross-team co-building and automated training-deployment consistency checks.
Moqi is in talks with hotel groups, with prototypes in POC testing, targeting 1,000-unit delivery by 2027 and eventually consumer homes.
