Qwen Office launches EnterpriseContext and digital employees to bring agents into enterprise workflows

At the Yunqi Conference, Qwen Office (Alibaba) launched an enterprise agent suite — EnterpriseContext, digital employees, the QwenNote hardware, and a security center — aiming to let agents actually enter business workflows. CEO Yusen Chen calls it the industry's first enterprise-grade agent product.
- EnterpriseContext organizes scattered chats, docs, and knowledge bases into task-oriented structured context. Tea chain Guming uses it as a store-ops knowledge space, letting staff instantly pull current SOPs.
- Digital employees get an organizational "badge": name, department, responsibilities, permission scope, and lifecycle. Logistics firm Fulika runs three of them handling 300+ sales inquiries per rep daily across six departments.
- QwenNote/A2 hardware transcribes offline meetings to text-only notes (no raw audio retained).
- Security center offers sandboxing, approval gates for risky actions, role-based permissions, and full audit trails.
