oMLX creator joins Hugging Face to boost Mac local inference

Hugging Face has welcomed Jun, creator of oMLX—a local inference tool for Mac built on MLX. HF says it has backed local AI and MLX since its Christmas 2023 release, and oMLX will gain stability and speed improvements while remaining a community project led by Jun.
