Figure's Helix 2.5 robots complete 56% of tasks in 30 unseen Bay Area homes

Figure sent Helix 2.5 robots into 30 never-before-visited Bay Area homes, facing scattered toys, messy towels and unmade beds.
With the Index-pretrained model, robots completed 56% of full trials versus 9% from scratch, using 50% less data. Across 420 scored attempts, 237 jobs were completed. The robots recovered from failures on their own — shifting stance, re-gripping, walking around the bed to smooth blankets. It's the first time Figure has demonstrated whole-body work in unfamiliar homes with unfamiliar objects.
