Developer Nandakishorm shared that the first Laya model was created with a single overnight training and fine-tuning run. The entire pipeline — training, fine-tuning, publishing to Hugging Face and GitHub, and writing the blog post — took only 15 hours, a showcase of how fast an individual developer can ship an open-source model end to end.
