ChatGPT design lead Ian Silber departs OpenAI after 'all-time run'

Ian Silber, who led design of ChatGPT at OpenAI, announced he left the company last Friday after helping transition the design team, saying he feels more bullish than ever. OpenAI CPO Kevin Weil congratulated him, hinting at what he and two others do next.
