Dev open-sources napkin-calc, a Python-spreadsheet-calculator hybrid he uses daily
GoddenThomas · x · 2026-09-22
Thomas Godden turned his daily-driver tool napkin-calc into a web app. It sits between a Python notebook, a spreadsheet and a calculator: unit-aware math (x = 100 u.m, x.to("miles")), importing variables from your own files, local folder connection, and ⌘/Ctrl+S saves — all free in the browser.
