- Aeon references tied directly to the "Agents" sidebar
The community has also reported aeonId and memberAeonIds in ChatGPT's web and Android code, plus purported aeon-core instructions describing a persistent agent that coordinates cloud tasks and automations. The author reads this as groundwork for configurable agents inside Codex, with community rumors suggesting GPT-Astra contributed and a launch possibly coming Thursday or at DevDay. The references were verified in the inspected build, though some paths remain disabled.
